Dr. Sreelima is the co-founder of Ayushpathy Ayurvedashram located at Wayanad, where she currently serves as the chief physician. Her career began at Poonthottam Ayurvedashram in 2012 as a junior physician. In 2013, she obtained a pg diploma in yoga, expanding her expertise to include yoga therapy. In 2015, she co-founded Ayushpathy Ayurvedashram with her spouse, Dr. Mridul P M, creating a distinctive health facility. In 2024, she achieved another milestone by completing a postgraduate degree in clinical psychology. She serves her expertise in handling patients from across the world through Ayurveda and Yoga
