Dr. Alvin Varghese is currently serving as the Associate Professor at Nangelil Ayurveda Medical College in Kothamangalam. He is also the co-founder of Pranada Ayurveda Care & Wellness Centre, a specialised panchakarma institute.

Dr. Alvin began his journey in Ayurveda at Sunethri Ayurveda Ashram under the mentorship of Vd. M Prasad in 2009. His commitment to relieving human suffering through Ayurvedic principles drives his clinical practice, integrating evidence-based methods, clinical expertise, and traditional Ayurvedic knowledge.

Formerly, Dr. Alvin served as the Chief Consultant Physician at ESIC Hospital in Udyogamandal, Ernakulam, and as a Resident Medical Officer at Sunethri Ayurveda Ashram in Mathikunnu, Thrissur. His clinical expertise includes treating chronic headaches, migraines, gastrointestinal diseases, spine and joint-related issues, and lifestyle diseases like diabetes
