Dr. Mridul is a dedicated Ayurvedic physician and co-owner of Ayushpathy Ayurvedasram in Wayanad. He currently serves as a Senior Physician at Poonthottam Ayurvedasram in Palakkad. His career began in 2009 as a Junior Physician at Poonthottam Ayurvedasram, where he learned his skills in hands-on treatments such as Abhyanga, Thailadhara, and Vasti.

In 2010, Dr. Mridul joined Sunetri Ayurvedasram as the Resident Medical Officer, specializing in ophthalmic treatments. His passion for Ayurveda led him to establish Ayushpathy Ayurvedasram in Wayanad in 2015. Initially, the center started as a 6-bed Panchakarma facility in a rented space but has since expanded to its own building.

Dr. Mridul’s journey with yoga began at Poonthottam Ayurvedasram, and he holds a postgraduate diploma in Yoga. He has been teaching yoga to clients in India and abroad, further enhancing his holistic approach to health.
